theDesk is one of the leading co-working space communities in Hong Kong, started in 2016. It offers private offices, open workspace, and events spaces. Services include meeting room booking, high-speed free wifi, complimentary beverages like coffee, daily cleaning, front desk services, 24/7 access, printer, mail services, and business address. 

Fees and Pricing

For open workspace and private offices pricing, you’ll need to contact theDesk as prices vary across office locations and the number of members. 

For event spaces, prices start from HK$1,500 per hour. Spaces across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories can accommodate up to 400 people at once.

The Hive

The Hive is a co-working space operator with a strong presence in Asia. Not only do they have seven flexible offices in Hong Kong, but also multiple offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo. Ho Chi Minh City, Taipei, and Melbourne. 

They offer four membership packages: Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, Private Office, and Virtual Office. Facilities include free coffee, printers, free wifi, mailbox locker, and hosted space.

For example, a hot desk day pass costs HK$300, a full-time pass costs HK$3,800 a month, and private office space starts from HK$11,000 a month.

WeWork

WeWork is a listed shared workspace company based in New York, recognised by Fortune 500 companies like Visa, Samsung, and Microsoft. Their presence in Hong Kong includes seven office locations offering private offices, desk space, open workspace, and event spaces.

Fees and Pricing

Prices depend on the office location and the membership type. For example, prices at WeWork Lee Garden One (CWB) start from HK$3,800, HK$6,200, and HK$6,500 for a Hot Desk, Dedicated Desk, and Private Office membership respectively. 

Locations

There are seven office locations for WeWork in Hong Kong. Compared to The Hive and theDesk, WeWork offices in Hong Kong are generally further away from MTR stations. The majority of their offices are located on Hong Kong Island and have no locations in the New Territories.
