We designed our bookkeeping service to ease the workload off your end, so that after getting set up, you can relax and leave the rest to us. Bookkeeping with us takes 3 simple steps:
1. Get set up with your bookkeeper
You will be introduced to your expert bookkeeper, who will onboard you, show you the ins-and-outs of your finances, and work alongside you as your business grows.
2. We manage your bookkeeping
Each week/month, your bookkeeper ensures your books are processed on time with accuracy and reliability.
3. Receive financial reviews and reporting
Your bookkeeper will review and present relevant financial insights based on your transactions. Metrics such as burn rates can be added on top of standard financial statements.

Based on your required level of activity, the frequency of accounting and reporting work may need to be adjusted in order to maintain up-to-date financials, and to ensure relevant information is available when you need it.
Account System Setup
If you don’t have an account with either Xero or Quikbooks, we will help you set one up depending on your business’ requirements or the license included in your package. If you already have an account, we will require your login details so that we can start managing your account.
Communication Channels Setup
We will establish the following communication channels to maintain direct contact with you: Google Suite or Binery Web Application for sharing of documents. A personalized Slack channel, WhatsApp group or Web Application Live Chat to talk directly to your bookkeeper (plus and enterprise packages will have access to a dedicated bookkeeper). Zoom links for video conferences to enhance the overall experience. Monthly reports sent by email.
